The following booking conditions together with the General Information contained on this website form the basis of your contract. Please read them carefully. All bookings are made subject to these booking conditions.
Once a booking has been made, a contract will exist. This contract is between you and

The contract is binding on you and all members of your party including children. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party are aware and agree to our contract and its obligations. Your arrangements are effective from the date the contract is formed until the last member of the party has completed their holiday.
Making your booking
Bookings are made by completing the online booking, total cost of the booking and method of payment.
This confirmation invoice will be sent to the main booker. Please check this invoice carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if any information on the confirmation or any other document is incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later.
We regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of any inaccuracies in any document within 5 working days after receiving the confirmation.
On final payment, you will receive an email containing:
Booking voucher.
Directions to the campsite.
In event that the voucher has not arrived at least 3 days before your departure date, you must contact Gustocamp immediately. Without the voucher, it is not possible to access the campsite or accommodation.
Number of persons
Only those persons whose name appear on the booking form may use the accommodation. The number of persons (adults and children) must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated.
The substitution of persons during the holiday period is forbidden unless previously agreed.
It is not permitted to receive guests without the express permission of the campsite.
Arrivals and Departures
The minimum stay is 3 nights. Arrival time is between 16:00 and 19:00. Departure time is between 07:00 and 10:00.
In case of a delayed arrival, you are required to communicate this to the Gustocamp office. In the event that Gustocamp is not informed, your booking will only remain valid for a maximum of 24 hours.
On arrival you must present yourvoucher (sent to you on payment of the final balance) as well as your passport or identity card to us.
At some campsites it is not allowed to leave the campsite between 23:00-07:00.
Check the campsites rules on arrival.
Payment
All prices shown are per accommodation. In case of a late arrival or an early departure, the full price of the period booked is still due and non-refundable.
The price includes electricity, heating, gas, water and air conditioning, unless otherwise stated.
Pillows and blankets (quilts in mobile homes) are provided and you are required to supply sheets, towels and pillowcases.
In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 10% (or otherwise stated) of the total price must be paid within 14 days after the reservation has been made. The full balance must be paid within 42 days prior to arrival.
Alternatively, if the booking is made within 42 days of the start date, full payment is required. We reserve the right to refuse any booking. Bookings are not transferable to another party.
If you have not paid in full and on time we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you. In this case the cancellation charges set out below will be payable.
Gustocamp reserve the right to increase or decrease prices of the accommodations. The price of your stay will be confirmed at the time of booking. Gustocamp has the right to correct errors in advertised prices. We will do so as soon as we become aware of the error.
Please note, changes and errors occasionally occur. You must check the price of your stay at the time of booking.
Guests will be provided with payment details at the time of booking. Booking / Credit Card Fee, per booking to recover charges made to us for credit card and debit card payments.
Additional Costs
All items extra to the accommodation such as bedding; towels; cots; high chairs and so on are not included in the accommodation price.
All extras can be ordered in advance but must be paid for on arrival at the campsite.
In Austria, all guests must pay tourist tax. The Gustocamp representative will take payment from you on arrival.
Offers
Special offers cannot be combined with other offers, unless otherwise stated.
Where Gustocamp offer discounts i.e. 7 nights for the price of 5 nights, the free nights will always be the cheapest, according to the prices published at the time of booking.
Security & Breakage Deposit/Mandatory final cleaning
Upon arrival, a deposit of €100 for mobile homes and lodge tents, or €50 for Gusto tents, will be authorized through a SEPA form by our campsite couriers. In the event of any discrepancies related to cleanliness or damage, our organization reserves the right to deduct the corresponding costs from the deposit. A maximum of €100 can be claimed by us within a week after departure via the SEPA form. The amount will then be automatically debited from your account. You will be notified accordingly.
All campsites have a mandatory final cleaning.
€60,- for the mobile homes Sunset Deluxe, Solare Deluxe, Sunset Superior and safari tent Premium.
€70,- for the mobile homes Superior Deluxe, Superior deluxe Village, Lounge Deluxe, Lounge Deluxe XL, Gran'Lounge Deluxe XL, Gran' Lounge deluxe, Gusto Baby.
You pay the costs for the final cleaning either when booking or on site.
For the safari tent Gusto and safari tent Gusto XL, you must leave the accommodation clean. If desired, you can have the safari tent cleaned for a fee. You can arrange this with our stafff on site.
Changes by you
Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, you must notify us by email as soon as possible. Whilst we will endeavor to assist, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any such requests. Where we can, an amendment fee may be payable together with any costs incurred by ourselves.
Cancellation by you
You must give notice to cancel in writing. The effective date of cancellation will be the date we receive your written instruction. In this event a cancellation charge will become payable by you to cover our reasonable costs. In addition to retain your deposit and any amendment charges you have paid, you must pay the charges shown below which may be recoverable by you under your travel insurance policy, depending on its terms:

Day of arrival or after arrival: 100%. If there is a no-show (you did't arrive on the arrivaldate), Gustocamp will cancel your holiday. There is no refund possible.
Cancellation Insurance
This cancellation insurance gives you the option, should you have to cancel your stay with Gustocamp for a covered reason, of obtaining a refund. In any case of cancellation, we will need a proof from official site concerning the reason of cancellation (doctor, lawyer, landlord,..). Please contact us for the conditions of the cancellation insurance.
You must give notice to cancel in writing. The effective date of cancellation will be the date we receive your written instruction. In this event a cancellation charge will become payable by you to cover our reasonable costs. In addition to retaining your deposit and any amendment charges you have paid, you must pay the charges shown below which may be recoverable by you under your travel insurance policy, depending on its terms:
Preferences and Requests
If you have any preferences, you must advise us in writing at the time of booking. Although we will endeavour to pass any reasonable requests on to the Gustocamp representatives onsite. We regret we cannot guarantee any request unless we have specifically confirmed this and in writing only.
We regret we cannot accept any conditional bookings, i.e. any booking which is specified to be conditional on the fulfillment of a particular request. All such bookings will be treated as “standard” bookings subject to the above provisions on special requests.
If you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability which may affect your holiday, please tell us before you confirm your booking so that we can advise as to the suitability of the chosen arrangements. In any event, you must give us full details in writing at the time of booking.
If we reasonably feel unable to properly accommodate the particular needs of the person concerned, we reserve the right to decline their reservation or, if full details are not given at the time of booking, cancel when we become aware of these details.
Campsite Facilities
Sometimes facilities described in the brochure may be withdrawn for reasons such as maintenance, bad weather or lack of demand at the discretion of the campsite. Please note that many facilities are not available during low season.
Gustocamp cannot accept responsibility for lack of services/facilities provided by the campsite and which are no longer available/functioning.
Rules from the Campsite
Gustocamp and the customers do have to follow the rules from the Campsite. The guests are obliged to abide by the rules of the regulations drawn up by the campsite. These can be rules regarding access, the use of the swimming pool or ecological rules such as the separation of waste or use of air conditioning, facilities on the campsite and the facilities of the campsite. A copy of the regulations can be requested from us
Animals
In all Gustocamp mobile homes, animals are not permitted. Animals are allowed in Gustocamp tents, provided that animals are accepted on the campsite. You are responsible for the animal while on the campsite and you are responsible for any fees required by the campsite.
Boats
All guests who wish to bring a boat must contact Gustocamp to ensure that a boat is allowed on the campsite. A confirmation is only valid when provided in writing and from the campsite itself. You are responsible for all fees required by the campsite.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended that you take out an adequate travel insurance. Please read your policy details carefully. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is adequate for your particular needs.
Changes and cancellation by us
Occasionally, Gustocamp have to make changes to and correct errors on our website descriptions and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed. Whilst Gustocamp always endeavours to avoid changes and cancellations, we reserve the right to do so.
If Gustocamp has to make a significant change to or cancel your booking, Gustocamp will inform you as soon as possible. Gustocamp will endeavour to offer you an alternative should a significant change or cancellation occur.
If we make a significant change before departure (unless the change is a result of circumstances listed under the heading ‘Changes for reasons beyond our control’) or have to cancel your holiday, we may pay compensation where we feel it is appropriate.
Very rarely, we may be forced by "force majeure" to change or terminate your stay after departure but before the scheduled end of your time away. This is extremely unlikely but if this situation does occur, we regret we will be unable to make any refunds, pay you any compensation or meet any costs or expenses you incur as a result.
Changes for reasons beyond our control
We regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of "force majeure". In these booking conditions, "force majeure" means any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include, but are not limited to, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control. In these circumstances, you will not be entitled to compensation
Our liability to you
Gustocamp will make all efforts possible to provide your accommodation with reasonable skill and care. Gustocamp do not accept responsibility for, but not limited to, any death, personal injury, illness, loss, theft, damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever.
In addition, Gustocamp will not be responsible where you do not enjoy your stay or suffer any problems.
Photographs on our website and other marketing materials serve only to provide the client with a realistic idea regarding locations and accommodation. Gustocamp is not responsible for the accuracy of illustrative material or photographs and does not accept responsibility where accommodation, campsites and so on do not match photographs. Nevertheless Gustocamp will take all efforts to show accommodation and campsites etc as they are.
Descriptions, prices and holiday periods advertised on our website cancel and substitute any information previously publicized.
Parking of any vehicles including but not limited cars, boats, bicycles and so on is at your own risk.
Liability of suppliers
Many of the services which make up your holiday are provided by independent suppliers. Those suppliers provide these services in accordance with their own terms and conditions. Some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the supplier’s liability to you, usually in accordance with applicable International Conventions.
Complaints and problems
If you have any reason to complain, you must complain as soon as possible to the relevant person (for example, the Gustocamp representative onsite or campsite management) who will do everything reasonably possible to resolve the problem.
If you are not satisfied with how your complaint was dealt with, please write to our Head Office within 28 days of returning home. If you fail to do so within this period, it may affect us investigating the points you raise fully.
Your responsibility
We want all our customers to have an enjoyable holiday but you must remember that you are responsible for your actions and the effect they may have on others.
Gustocamp accept no responsibility for left luggage/items. No items can be posted or carried across borders on your behalf by our staff.
The main booker is responsible for all members of the party and for the accommodation and inventory, in its entirety. The main booker is also responsible for damages to third parties and third party belongings.
You and all members of the party must abide by rules issued by the local management of your chosen destination, take reasonable care of your accommodation and take precautions for your own safety. If we (or another person in authority) believe your actions could upset others or put them in danger, or damage property, we may end your holiday. This could mean you are prevented from using your accommodation. It may also mean that we will not accept a future booking from you. If this happens we will not pay compensation or meet any expenses you incur as a result.
Gustocamp reserves the right to take legal action against any party member where required. The party leader will be liable for all legal costs incurred.
Children’s supervision & parental responsibility
You are responsible for the supervision of all members of your party under the age of 18. You must supervise your children and babies at all times. This is particularly important in all children’s play areas, in licensed areas, close to lakes and waterways, whilst cycling and in swimming pools.
Passports, visas and health requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents (including Passports and Visas (where applicable) before departure. You must pay all costs incurred in obtaining such documentation. If you or any member of your party is not a British citizen or holds a non-British passport, you must check passport and visa requirements with the Embassy or Consulate of the country(ies) to or through which you are intending to travel.
Data Protection and your Privacy
To process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly we need to collect certain information from you. These details include, where applicable, name, address and age of party members, credit/debit card or other payment details, special requirements relating to disability or medical conditions and dietary/religious needs which may affect your arrangements.
We take full responsibility for ensuring the security of these details. In making your booking you consent to the appropriate information being passed on to the relevant organizations.
Information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities (such as customs/immigration) if required by them by law.
